How EOlife Helps
EOlife is a smart manual ventilation feedback device (VFD) designed to support both training and clinical resuscitation. It provides instant feedback on tidal volume and ventilation rate, helping clinicians and trainers deliver effective, consistent ventilations every time.
The system incorporates algorithms that automatically define the target range of ideal ventilation parameters based on the pulmonary profile of the patient and provide real-time feedback and guidance to the rescuer or the medical team.
Benefits of EOlife:
-
Bridges the gap between guideline recommendations and real-life practice.
-
Enhances skill retention in training sessions.
-
Builds confidence and precision during live resuscitations.
-
Supports improved patient outcomes through consistent, evidence-aligned ventilation.
How it Works:
-
Connect EOlife inline with your bag-valve mask device.
-
Visual display shows real-time ventilation metrics.
-
Immediate feedback allows for correction and optimisation.
The new European Resuscitation Council (ERC) Guidelines 2025 redefine priorities in resuscitation: high-quality ventilation is now recognised as central to survival.

In a packed auditorium of more than 3,000 healthcare professionals, the opening ceremony of the 2025 ERC Resuscitation Congress in Rotterdam unveiled the latest ERC Guidelines — marking one of the most anticipated updates in resuscitation science in recent years.
Professor Jasmeet Soar, lead author of the new ALS Guidelines, emphasised one message that stood out during his presentation:
“To improve survival and neurological outcomes, we must ensure high-quality ventilation.”
This statement marks a pivotal shift in resuscitation science, recognising that ventilation is not a secondary element, but a fundamental component of patient survival.
For the first time, the newly released ERC Guidelines acknowledge Ventilation Feedback Devices (VFDs), such as EOlife, and provide guidance on their implementation in the field:
“The ERC recommends that where ventilation feedback devices are implemented, it should only occur in a highly controlled manner.”
This recommendation aligns with Archeon’s vision of evidence-based ventilation improvement. The EOlife Ventilation Feedback Device provides emergency teams with precise, real-time guidance to deliver optimal ventilation — both in volume and rate — helping to ensure that guideline-quality ventilations are consistently achieved.
What “highly controlled implementation” means
In practical terms, implementing VFDs in a highly controlled environment involves:
✅ Proper training and competency checks for all users.
✅ Consistent use across teams and services.
✅ Continuous data review to improve performance.
This ensures VFDs like EOlife are used safely, consistently, and to their full clinical potential — helping improve ventilation quality and patient outcomes.

Comprehensive Monitoring – Measures Inspired Volume (Vi), Tidal Volume (Vt), Ventilation Frequency, and Leakage
Versatile Ventilation Modes – Supports 30:2 or Continuous Ventilation with Face Mask, SGA, & ETT
Data at Your Fingertips – Full data download available for analysis

The Ultimate Tool for High-Performance Ventilation Training
Adult & Paediatric Capabilities – Train across all patient groups
Blinded Mode – Accurately assess baseline performance
Comprehensive Data Tracking – Full downloadable training records
Long-Lasting Performance – 5-hour runtime on a single charge

EOlife X has the same features as the EOlife, except that EOlife X enables data download via Bluetooth and can record ventilation parameters in «Blind Mode».

Thanks to the EOlife X Connect app, you can download and save each of your Training sessions to allow Booster Training and Spaced Learning as recommended by AHA to improve CPR skills retention.

EOlife X includes a dedicated mode for paediatric ventilation training. It adjusts tidal volumes and target frequencies based on the patient’s age.
